We thought we’d get creative on the beach! We’ll make a basic kite and then do some mini me yoga. We can have a paddle in the sea too, weather permitting!

Let's go fly a kite! Enjoy a guided craft session creating basic kites at the seaside before letting them sore high in the sky. Watch your mesmerising kite float in the breeze with a combination of an exciting launch and the calming movements of it flying high. All materials are provided.

Mini Me Yoga Session which will involve yoga games, being a bit silly while being positive about ourselves and some deep breathing exercises. Weather permitting we'll do a laid down relaxation / mindfulness finish as well. No yoga mats required as we'll be on the sand, but feel free to pack a small blanket for the relaxation at the end.

28 places to be able to adhere to current Gov guidelines. Social distancing to be maintained between adults to ensure that we keep as safe as possible.
