Champions 4 Change “you feel embodied in a community and it boosts your wellbeing”

For young people aged 10–18 from single parent households in Cardiff and Swansea

Champions 4 Change (C4C) is a youth-led volunteering opportunity for young people who want to make a difference in their community while building their own confidence, skills, and friendships.

If you’ve got ideas, want your voice to be heard, and are looking for a welcoming space to connect with others, this project is for you.

Champions 4 Change is part of a National Lottery Community Funded project called Mental Health Manifesto- action for our future. Where young people from a single parent household shape what they need for a mentally healthy future.
